Summary:Ciputrapinggan river in Ciamis district has approximately 101,25 Km2 catchment area and 36,00 Km long. Cisawangan, Ciparakan, Ciwana, Ci Mulih and Ciawitali river are its tributaries. Now Ciputrapinggan river is only utilized for irrigation which has approximately 400,00 Ha land area. The development plan is Kedunglier small reservoir (has approximately 4,00 Km2 Catchment Area) and Sukahurip reservoir (has approximately 40,25 Km2 Catchment Area) construction. Kedunglier small reservoir will be utilized to supply water demand of Panyutran, Bojongsari, Ciganjeng and Sindangwangi Village as Padaherang subdistrict. Meanwhile Sukahurip reservoir will be utilized to supply water demand of Pangandaran subdistrict and Putrapinggan Village as Kalipucang subdistrict. Around Ciputrapinggan's Catchment Area there are three influential rain stations in Chatchment Area: Padaherang, Kalipucang, and Sidamulih station with monthly precipitation average range among 33 mm to 409 mm and annualy precipitation range among 703 mm to 4156 mm. Method utilized to analytic water accessibility discharge is Rasional's method, According to the result aroused by stochastic modelling. It will be utilized for water allocation simulation. Monthly discharge average Ciputrapinggan's Chatchment Area are ranging among 0,981 m3/second to 8,691 m3/second. <br />
