Summary: | A solar cell employing graphite/TiO2 as an active foton-absorbing material which inserted with metal copper has been fabricated. It was fabricated by mixing graphite and TiO2 in aquades solution then deposited onto subtrate by spray method. The formed film of composit Graphite/TiO2 was then inserted with metal copper by electroplating method forming copper bridge to substrat. Polymer elctrolyte was dedicated as hole transport that made of PVA and LiOH. I-V characteristic indicated efficiency ehancement of solar cell 250 times that of TiO2 solar cell efficiency without graphite and metal copper. |
