In the other hand, strategic formulation also needs to form the best business process which is fit with company goals.The technology election that could creating products to support life continuity of the company's core business is very important, especially with competitive condition of data service industry, the company must create the product which has competitive value and up to date towards the market request. The strategy to determine the technology was begun with the election of parameters which is very important in part of the technology and the company business. At the recent time PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk. only had CDMA 2000 1X technology data service where the technology is already mature. To keep the product in a competitive position, the advance technology election within value of economics is need to be developed immediately.This study had been using the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method as a tool to find the parameter that could become references in determining the advance technology for PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk.
