Summary:Road maintenance needs to be conducted every road section regularly. Considering limitations budget from central for government or local government, priority scales and kind of reasons must be determined precisely and accurately based on its condition. Road condition can be divided into two categories: functional condition and structural condition. Now a day, evaluation of functional condition and structural condition in road section or road network level has not been done consistently. Than road maintenance program is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to evaluate present structural and functional conditions, predict functional condition for 5 (five) years ahead, and to arrange treatment priority scenario for every road segment of Cileungsi-Cibeet road section, including the funding for period 2006-2010. The do-nothing action was <br /> <br /> assumed and the treatment priority was considered due to budget limitation. On this research, segment determination is base on deflection and IRI survey, <br /> <br /> which have uniform value for each segment. The method to determine the kind of treatment is based on IRI value as the result of functional condition analysis while the determination of priority rank is based on the remaining road life as the result of structural condition analysis. The research results show the treatment priority for each segment of Cileungsi - Cibeet road section in 2006 to 2010 are : At 2006, the betterment for segment-1 (Km.Jkt.53+171–Km.Jkt.56+000) with 12 cm thickness overlay. At 2007, the betterment for segment-5 (Km.Jkt.73+000–Km.Jkt.76+000) with 5 cm thickness <br /> <br /> overlay.At 2008, the periodic maintenance for segment-8 (Km.Jkt.97+000-Km.Jkt.98+114) with 5 cm thickness overlay and segment-3 (Km.Jkt.62+000-Km.Jkt.67+000) with 3 cm thickness overlay. At 2009, the periodic maintenance for segment-4 (Km.Jkt.67+000–Km.Jkt.73+000) with 4 cm thickness overlay. And at 2010, periodic maintenance for segment-7 (Km.Jkt.87+000-Km.Jkt. <br /> <br /> 97+000) with 4 cm thickness overlay. The non-overlaid road segments were treated by routine maintenance every year.
