Geographic conditions illustrate that the Indonesia have sea borders with at least ten countries, the condition of Indonesia depict how vulnerable and lack of integrity of its territory. The violations committed by a foreign nation to Indonesia, it is considered as threat to the unity and integrity of the country and no country will let its unity is threatened by a foreign nation. An alarm applications based on coordinates will be installed on foreign vessels, it is expected to reduce the number of illegal acts committed foreign national in the sovereignty of Indonesia, especially in the territorial waters. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The research method of this undergraduate thesis is literature study from elaborate reference such as book, convention and constitution related to sovereignty of territorial waters. Next step is to create an alarm application with input of coordinate of the Indonesia territorial waters. The final step is generating analysis, conclusion and suggestion related to research study. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research intended to reinforce stability of sovereign territory (territorial sea) of a country, especially territorial sea of Indonesia by ensuring the security of that territory through prefention of illegal activity from foreign that happening in it.
