X-Trans is a transportation service provider company, especially in On-Time Shuttle Business. Not like the other travel companies which generally offer a door-to-door service, this company operates with concept of point-to-point. Over the times, mobilization rate between the two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta and Bandung, increase significantly. It contributes to the increase in transportation service demand. The increase in transportation service demand is compensated with the increase in supply in this industry sector, especially with the growing of new travel companies, as competitors of X-Trans. As the pioneer of On-Time Shuttle provider, X-Trans keeps doing self-improvement to give the best service to customers. One of the improvement actions is designing an integrated enterprise system, called Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to increase work efficiency and also to manage the enterprise data assets which are important to support the growth and the development of the company in the future. This integrated enterprise system designing is conducted by doing direct observation in the operational area and doing interviews with employees of X-Trans related to the designing process. In this designing process, the researcher use Business System Planning (BSP) method to obtain outputs in the form of process definition, process-organization matrix, data requirement analysis, process-data class matrix, and information architecture. Those outputs will be used as inputs in the process of information system designing, which apply FAST method to define the scope of the problem, conducting problem analysis and requirement analysis, making logical and physical design, conducting decision analysis, doing physical design and integration, and also doing the construction test. The research is able to obtain the design of business system with the application of ERP, especially in the operational area which contains 4 business units. Those 4 business units are shuttle reservation, courier service, hotel reservation, and order of Bandung souvenir. By implementing this system design, the company can increase work efficiency and it is expected to anticipate the competition in the travel service provider in the future. Meanwhile, to realize all the objectives of the research, it has to be supported by all of employees in the company. Besides that, the training programs in order to implement this integrated system in the company are necessary to be done.
