Description
Summary:Early pattern formation in animals begins in the embryo. This pattern is formed from the process of synthesis of proteins contained in the genes. Genes involved in the early stages of the pattern formation are called segmentation genes. There are three kinds of segmentation genes involved in the pattern formation of Drosophila Melanogaster (fruit fly), one of which is a segment polariy gene that determines the anterior and posterior axis of each segment. This segment polarity gene contains constituent proteins. In this final assignment, the process of pattern formation of Drosophila Melanogaster is modeled by Boolean approach to determine the passage of the process time by time and look at the pattern resulted. This pattern is the pattern which will be the forerunner of the body pattern of Drosophila Melanogaster.
