The length of the Indonesian coastline is about 99,000 km, that give positive impact for Indonesia that Indonesia has an extensive coastal region, so development in coastal areas must be considered. To ensure order required measurement and mapping of the waters of space objects. However, in the measurement room rates waters stipulated in PP Number 128, 2015 amounted to 300% of the rate of service measurement and mapping of land parcel boundary is considered insufficient. Based on this it is necessary to study the cost aspect in measuring and mapping the waters of space objects. In this final project assessment of the cost aspect in measuring and mapping the waters of space objects. In calculating the cost aspect calculated the cost of equipment and labor (personnel) covers the cost of measurement that is making TDT-RP, tidal observations, measurements of detail and depth measurements. While mapping starting from the processing of GPS’s data, tide, topography and bathymetry up mapping using CAD. Studies also take into account the methods and tools used for measuring and mapping is Terrestrial Laser Scanning. Standard costs are also a thing to consider. The purpose of the study of this thesis can be used as input for the National Land Agency (BPN). From the resulting cost estimates made in the measurement of space objects in the waters of Tanjung Pinang costs eleven times greater than the measurement and mapping objects on the ground.
