The research contain indications of problems building in KBU with the main purpose of knowing whether the KDH, KDB and KWT could be used as a parameter of the analysis utilizing satellite imagery and Real Time Kinematic GNSS survey technology. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> North Bandung Area is restricted to the height of 750 meters above sea level and borders the city of Bandung, Cimahi, Bandung regency, and West Bandung. Satellite imagery is used for initial analysis and GNSS RTK survey used in 8 buildings within accuracy range of satellite images to ensure the building is in KBU because satellite. The parameters for determining an indication of a problem is the Building Base Coefficient (KDB) maximum 40%, minimum Green Base Coefficient(KDH) 52% and analysis of Built Area Coefficient (KWT) using the time building was buil was it before or after regulation made. Obtained 26 buildings indicated problematic. Indications matter can be ascertained if the satellite imagery analysed is orthorectifiedand information of building withinproblem indication already perform compensation of perennial land in other regions KBU to meet coefficients are known. text |
