As an educational institution ITB is obliged to register the assets, including fixed assets in the form of plots of land in various locations. But until now the land assets of ITB is not been managed well so do not have a strong legality. Land assets of ITB that not been managed well located in Cigadung Village, Mekarwangi Village, Lembang Village, Haurgombong Village, and Jelekong Village. Land registration is needed to be done in order to provide certainty and legal protection in the five areas of land belonging to the ITB that is not legal. The process of land registration at each location will vary, it depends on the evidence and chronological ownership. To carry out land registration can be done with the transfer of rights or a relinquishment of the subject of legal rights. Transfer of rights to do with the sale, grant, auctions, and other legal acts in other forms. While the relinquishment of rights is done by the subject of the land rights to relinquishment his right to the land into state land and may be registered belongs to ITB. As a form of legal certainty and protection against land ITB that has been registered, use rights certificate will be issued on behalf of the Ministry of CQ ITB. In accordance with applicable legislation, ITB does not have a maximum period in utilizing land rights certificates held despite the use rights certificate. To avoid the same problems on land parcels ITB required standards and good asset management.
