One of the biggest management's challenge is human resource integration. The integration has increased the number of employees which different culture background. Management should create a winning culture to success the process of integration and to achieve the company goals. Analysis of corporate culture pre and post merger using Organization Culture <br /> <br /> <br /> Assesment Instrument (OCAI) developed by Cameron and Quinn (1990). At pre merger the dominat culture of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk is Clan and the dominat culture of PT. Bank Lippo, Tbk is market. At post merger, the organizational culture changed where the market culture of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga increase and the clan culture of PT.Bank Lippo, Tbk too. This condition give a good imapct to the integration process by decreasing the gap of pre merger's culture. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of culture analysis could help management in developing winning <br /> <br /> <br /> culture at post merger company toward to the competitive Indonesia banking <br /> <br /> <br /> environment. As the merger for growth, the implementation to build winning culture <br /> <br /> <br /> at post merger company through all the human resources. text
