Summary: | Land Value Zone (ZNT) is a geographical zone with an imaginary boundary, depicting Average Value Indication (NIR) of land that is relatively the same, consisting of a set of lands that have different values from each other based on a comparative analysis of market prices and cost. ZNT map making process consists of six major stages, namely the preparation stage, the collecting data land price, data compilation, data summary and ploting data on a working map ZNT transaction, data analysis, and final ZNT maping. Map making ZNT require considerable time. Therefore, we need an alternative to creating a map ZNT in a shorter time. One alternative to create a ZNT map is to perform the interpolation process of land price data. In this research, studied ZNT maping using kriging interpolation method. Kriging interpolation is a spatial interpolation method and the least squares estimator weighted average, the weight is a function of the spatial covariance. The data used is the data sample price of land in Sukamaju, District Cibeunying Kidul, Bandung, West Java. The results of this study is kriging interpolation can be used to make ZNT map, ZNT map by kriging interpolation has a reliability rate of 58% with the same amount of lands 1159 of a total of 1988 lands compared with ZNT map by PBB in a same location at the same year. |
