Summary: | TDEM (Time Domain electomagnetic) or sometimes referred to TEM (transient

electromagnetic) is a method that measures the electromagnetic transient voltage

decay as a function of time. The results of the measurements using this TDEM

method can then be interpreted using some software. One of the software that can be

used is Interpex IX1D. This interpretation is done by using data from a field in the

region x. The data field consists of 23 point soundings, which have been measured

using a Geonics Protem with with 3 variations of different frequencies. Later after

interpreted using this software, it can be predicted value of resistivity of each layer

below the surface. And when it is linked to the prediction of geological data also

types of materials that are below the surface. |
