Inline with the rapid and technology advances of information and communication technology which have encouraged globally oriented competitor, PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) to own and implement e-procurement system to purchase goods and services for its operation. CPI is the first oil and gas company in Indonesia that uses the implementation buyer module, which includes sourcing, contract and analysis module by using advance information technology to increase their ability in processing, managing and distributing information and public services. Presently, there are some oil and gas companies in Indonesia which implement advanced information technology to purchase goods and services through using web based application. <br /> <br /> <br /> Information technology performance review at Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) aims to identify the extent of public usefulness. To assess system implementation performance, it is critical to determine related stakeholder, assessment criteria and indicators. Information technology implementation should meet such requirements as user friendly, effectiveness in cost; reduce cycle time, labor-saving and proper infrastructure. Meanwhile, as Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Company, it should meet justice and transparency requirement, in addition to observe applicable law or regulation. Some questionnaires were distributed by purposive sampling and analyzed by using statistics descriptive. A qualitative analysis has been demonstrated to exploit given input from various respondents such as higher rank staff in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Chevron in Indonesia and BPMIGAS key-informant. <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation of information technology for supply goods and services is necessary to make more efficient process, effectiveness, transparency and accountable by using the available human resources and infrastructure. Government policies gaps in IT, inefficient as result of government decision, and inconsistencies among government officers are part of the government failures. Remedy to the problem can be approached by implementing horizontal standardization concept and sharing contract terms among Contractors KKS. <br />
