High-rise building is a building type that is often used for routine activities, such as buildings Ratu Plaza shopping center in the area of Sudirman, Jakarta. Each activity requires clean water for daily needs. Meeting the needs of clean water in an activity will effect on the effectiveness of these activities. Therefore, there needs to a clean water plumbing design intended to able to drainwater into the building in accordance with the requirements of the applicable quantity and quality. The design stage is divided into the study of literature as early, supporting data collection, as well as the planning stage. Clean water plumbing system at Mall Ratu Plaza Building 2 use under the tank system namely ground tanks and roof tanks. Water is pumped from the ground tank to the rooftank which will then flow in gravity. The end goal of clean water plumbing system design at Mall Ratu Plaza 2 is obtained pipe dimensions by considering a variety of things that can affect the flow of water in the piping system. It should be taken into account in determining the dimensions of the pipe is losing pressure happens to be tolerated so that the water can come out through the tools of the plumbing in the building. Determined also use sprinkler and hydrant as utility fire prevention in the building. Mall Ratu Plaza Building 2 including the first category in fire prevention or firefighting is done by experts. In Mall Ratu Plaza Building 2, Rainwater Harvesting and grey water reuse technology use as part of the implementation of green building. That alternative will correlate the fresh water supply schemes as well as reducing the burden on the supply of water.
