Selection of bidder list is useful to reduce the number of potential vendor alternatives. Bidder list selection by using multicriteria needs to be done on the part of procurement organizers to ensure that vendors who bids are best vendors. Currently, many of the procurement providers still do procurement manually. Whereas multicriteria decision making manually involves high subjectivity that can influence the resulting decision is not optimal. Everyone's time constraints will also worsen the quality of the resulting decision. Therefore, it is necessary to design a decision support system (DSS) which can facilitate the selection process of bidder list. <br /> <br /> The design of decision support systems begins with assessing the system, compiling the flowchart of decision making, and identifying the needs of the system designer. Further designed conceptual systems in subsitem of model management, data management subsystem, and interface subsystem. The reference model used is Fuzzy SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique), while the database design is done by using driven model approach. Then the design of operational decision support system using Microsoft Excel software with Visual Basic for Application feature. The design of decision support systems is tested in terms of algorithms, usage and fulfillment of needs. The result is the completed algorithm, the use is not problematic, and the need has been met. Participants also judge the interface of the system has been quite user-friendly. <br /> <br /> Implemetation of decision support system design requires human resources with certain conditions as well as training for the use of decision support systems. The use of DSS can shorten the decision-making time, as well as help decision-making for bidder list voters by considering user judgment so that the decision gets better. <br /> text
