Regardless of whether the boundary map of the Indonesia Contiguous Zone has been made or not, information of boundary map of Indonesia Contiguous Zone is not well published. In addition, after the ratification, there are some laws that need to be repaired or to be added. One of the laws that need to be added is laws and regulations in Indonesia Contiguous Zone. <br /> <br /> In solving problems of law enforcement in Indonesia Contiguous Zone, we need a method and data that will be used as a solving problem system. Elements needed during research is the definition of Contiguous Zone, the coastal state rights Contiguous Zone, obligations of foreign vessels in Indonesian Contiguous Zone, and technical aspects of maritime delimitation. In addition, the results and discussion of this research will be divided into three aspects which are legal, technical, and institutional aspects. <br /> <br /> In the end, this research will be finished with conclusions and suggestions. The conclusions of this research are the lack of Indonesia Contiguous Zone laws and regulations, the necessity of the boundary map of Indonesia Contiguous Zone as a law enforcement supporting device in Indonesia Contiguous Zone, and the lack of enforcer of Indonesia Contiguous Zone laws and regulations. While the suggestions of this research are the submission of Indonesia Contiguous Zone laws and regulations design, submission of Indonesia Contiguous Zone map boundary design, and submission of Bakamla as enforcer of Indonesia Contiguous Zone laws and regulations. text
