Recently, many infrastructure projects in Jakarta are being constructed to reduce the congestion caused by the daily traveler. Depok-Antasari (Desari) Toll Road is one of the projects that aimed to be the solution for congestion between Jakarta and Depok. This research through a series of data analysis gathered from Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jadetabek) travelers have gained useful information for individual and <br />

managerial decision making. This research explores how data that gathered can be used (1) to assess the most sensitive variable affecting the decision making on route choice using Multiple Linear Regression, (2) to determine the level of price acceptable by the target travelers’ for Desari Toll Road using descriptive analysis of Willingness to Pay and (3) to determine the market segment for Desari Toll Road using Cluster Analysis. Various methods analysis suggests that university students are the primary target market <br />

that are willing to pay above the Desari Roll Road optimum pricing of IDR 9,976. The research also concluded that Jadetabek travelers rely greatly on facts and consider the information source for the route decision making. In overall, this research result could <br />
