Oil and gas industry especially oil, is vital factor in Indonesian economic. Because in the last 5 years this sector contribute 31.5% in average from total national income. Present contract seems doesn’t lead the contractor to work efficient. Because of that there is lack in Indonesian share for pay the cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> Contractor become royal in spending money because in present contract contractor only pay 15% from the total cost, in the other hand contractor has benefit from this cost. This indirect benefit for example could be gained from buying equipment from the contractor home country, although domestic market could supply the same equipment with relative lower cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> For that purpose a study is held to find an oil contract system which can solve above problems, to learn and analyze the proposed contract in detail.
