RESERVOIR CHARACTERIZATION USING EXTENDED ELASTIC IMPEDANCE (EEI) INVERSION METHOD IN ̉̉YIDẢ̉ FIELD
‘YIDA’ field is located in South Sumatera Basin. Talang Akar Formation in this field has potential of hydrocarbon. The late Oligocene lower Talang Akar Formation is also feferred to as the Gritsand Member and the Oligocene to early Miocene upper Talang Akar Formation as the Transition Member....

Layer of sandstone and sandstone with hydrocarbon can be shown by performing seismic inversion. Model based and linear programming sparse spike inversion are used and optimum result by merging both of the inversions. text |
