Management System at Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Road was expected to <br />
<br />
improve the performance of Bogor road network. On the first day of the <br />
<br />
implementation of One Way Traffic at Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Road <br />
<br />
congestion still happened on the road segments in Bogor Botanical Garden Ring <br />
<br />
Road. It was then required to assess the impact of One Way Traffic Management <br />
<br />
System to the performance of road network (total travel time, total travel distance, <br />
<br />
total delay, and volume capacity ratio) in Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Road and <br />
<br />
Bogor road network. <br />

This study aims to analyze the influence of One Way Traffic Management System <br />
<br />
(SSA) at Bogor Botanical Gardens Ring Road to the performance road network in <br />
<br />
Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Road and Bogor road network, the pattern of traffic <br />
<br />
flow movement, and the alternative of One Way Traffic Management System on <br />
<br />
the Bogor road network to improve road network performance in Ring Bogor <br />
<br />
Botanical Garden and Bogor road network. This study is based on four-stage <br />
<br />
modeling using the SATURN (Simulation and Assignment of Traffic in Urban <br />
<br />
Network) program on 156 roads (artery, collector and local), and simulation on 41 <br />
<br />
intersections in Bogor road network. <br />
<br />
Based on the result of modeling, the implementation of One Way Traffic <br />
<br />
Management System at Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Road (scenario 2) can <br />
<br />
improve the performance of road segment in Bogor Botanical Garden Ring Roads, <br />
<br />
but it has an impact on the decreasing performance of Bogor road network. Scenario <br />
<br />
4 (SSA Kota Bogor Alternative 2) is a scenario that has traffic performance (total <br />
<br />
travel times, total travel distances, total delays, and V/C) better than other scenarios. |
