The impact of this concept is the occurrence of floods in downstream areas and water shortages in the upstream areas. Rental Office Building in Gading Serpong uses Eco Drainage concept which will reduces water runoff to downstream area, and utilize the water to be used in this building. Rainwater Harvesting Installation is designed to accommodate 90% of the rainwater on the site. In addition, it is also designed a retention basin that can accommodate rainwater during heavy rainfall with return period exceeding the capacity of retention ponds of 7.75 years. The application of Eco Drainage concept to buildings in Indonesia is still very rare. Therefore, this final project design is expected to promote this concept in Indonesia so that it can be used widely in the future. text
