Along with the development of Kadungora District based on RTRW Kapubaten Garut 2011-2031, water demand at the location will also have an excalation. Kadungora District one of development target to be a strategic area based on economical aspect. According to PDAM Tirta Intan Master Plan, Kadungora District should have served up to 42%-80% of clean water until 2017. But, until now Kadungora District still not served clean water by PDAM Tirta Intan Garut. Based on the projection at the end of planning periode, water demand projection for Kadungora District is about 135,43 liter/second. The source of water that will be used for supply is Cigunungagung and Ciharus River with reservoir distribution will be located at ±835 m in Jangkurang Village Leles District Garut Regency. Development of the water distribution network system is planned to take place during the next 20 years and coverage service for the first stage of design is about 30% and the second stage is about 70%. Unaccounted for water value is no more than 20%. Through Simple Additive Weighting method and data processing, determined effective water supply distribution network system in service area that fulfill the technical requirements is alternative way 2. Alternative planning is done using the EPANET 2.0 program. Cost needed for water distribution system in Kadungora project is around Rp 10.195.094.402,66. text
