Apart from these problems, every city always tries to improve their services to society in order to become a better city. In order to achieve this, there is need for a structured framework that can describe indicators and initiatives which can improve services to support developing cities into better cities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Smart city is a city concept that uses the application of Information and Comunnication Technology (ICT) in urban management so city can provide more effective anda efficient service to society. Several smart city concepts are Garuda Smart City Model, European Union Smart City, and India Smart City. But in order to become a better city, ICT is not a thing that mandatory to be applied in a city, because it will depend on the city’s needs and capabilities on delivering its services. Therefore, Kerangka Kerja Inisiatif Teknologi Kerja (KKITI) should consider inisiatives which delivered either using ICT or not in order to improve a city services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The city’s indicator is a parameter that is used to measure the progress of the city. There are some documents that can be used as a source of city indicators, such as ISO 37120, Garuda Smart City Model, European Union Smart City, Smart City India and Standar Pelayanan Minimal. The city’s initiative is a concrete actions that can be done by the city to achieve the objectives of the related indicators. In the formulation of the city initiative, it will apply the concept of design thinking that begins from understanding the purpose of the indicator, brainstorming inisiative ideas, to determining initiatives which can fullfil the related indicators. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The designed KKITI needs to be able to breakdown city's indicators and initiatives in a structured manner. KKITI will has components that extracted from several basic components of a framework, which will refer to some reference frameworks, which are COBIT, TOGAF 9.1, and Zachman Framework, and the initial purposes of KKITI. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Following the process of analysis and development of KKITI, KKITI has total 14 components, 5 indicators and 7 initiatives in urban spatial planning domain, 2 indicators and 6 initiatives in telecommunication domain, 7 indicators and 7 initiatives in transportation domain. Based on the results of the evaluation, KKITI has fulfilled all the needs of its components and can be used structurally by city administrators and planners. text |
