Due to high land transfers, new land clearing efforts continue to be intensified throughout the region in West Java. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In addition to being one of the agricultural barn, West Java also became one of the tourist destination. The development of tourism in West Java Province is planned in an environmentally friendly manner by not consuming or destroying the land, but is maintained for sustainable use. The development of West Java tourism is principled on ensuring the sustainability of tourism development support resources integrated with the natural, cultural and human environment. One area in West Java which is also potential to become a granary and a tourist destination is Lembang. This study aims to identify the impact of tourism activities on the conversion of agricultural land in Kecamatan Lembang. Analysis of the development of tourism activities in Kecamatan Lembang showed an increase in the number of tourist arrivals coming to Lembang. The impact of the increase in the number of tourists cause a further impact (Trickle Down Effect) to the development of tourism activities in this Lembang. The number of natural attractions also increase the interest of tourists to visit the District of Lembang. The existence of tourism activities in almost all villages in the District of Lembang also become one of the main factors of land use change. The area of ​​agricultural land that experienced conversion of agricultural land to building is most prevalent in Lembang Village which experienced a reduction of land area with an 15 Ha in 2013-2016. text |
