Safety culture is recognized as a part of whole culture in organization that can be used as reference in dissemination process of organization safety work. Safety culture also related with personal behaviour. The safety culture research at fuel storage activity was aimed to evaluate the implementation of safety culture assessment based on employee status that consisted of two groups, i.e. permanent employee and contracted employee. The profile of two employee groups can be revealed by descriptive analysis that used informastions based on questionaires dissemination as tools for data collection. The number of questionaires dissemination was based on calculation of cluster sampling method. Sampling process was conducted to obtain information and characteristics of employee population. The important of sampling process was to observe the population with limitation of resources.<p>The result of this research indicate that safety culture implementation was influenced by three factors, which were individual safety concern, safety system implementation by the company and completeness of safety equipment The value of safety culture was more correlated with individual concern about safety that considered to fulfill individual safety.
