The constructions require construction planning so that the obstacles that may occur can be predicted and <br /> <br /> <br /> challenged solutively. This final project will discuss the construction planning of the upper structure of Building A of Center for Research and Community Services, Institut Teknologi Bandung (CRCS-ITB), which consists of construction method, project scheduling, and construction cost estimates. Based on the results <br /> <br /> <br /> of the planning, the construction method consists the construction of reinforced concrete works and steel work. The reinforced concrete works are generally divided into four task zones that consist the work of columns, beams, plates, lift walls, and stairs. Meanwhile the steel work in this final project is the roof truss and generally divided into three task zones. The total duration of Building A CRCS-ITB project planning is 215 days and the duration of the entire project is 375 days. The estimated cost of Building A CRCS-ITB is Rp 13.234.101.012, - which is a part of the total CRCS ITB buildings construction cost that is Rp <br /> <br /> <br /> 31.341.956.830, -. text
