Hotel building was located in urban-tourism areas that are considered suitable for used as hotel building. Bintang Tiga City Resort consists of 6 floors and one basement floor with total area of 10 138 m2 and the total effective area of 8199.74 m2. The main facility provided in the form of room units with the <br /> <br /> number reaching 140 rooms that are grouped into three classes, namely standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and suites. In addition, other land use is a restaurant, cafE, spa, gym, laundry, lobby lounge, and a swimming pool. The hotel building took water from a public source to be routed to the main water tank (ground water tank). Water then pumped to roof tank (building 1 and building 2) located on the 6th floor of building 1 and 5 floors for buildings 2. From the roof tank, the water is distributed to users on the top two floors with the help of a booster pump and another floor underneath using gravity. In the roof of the tank system, the water stored in the tank first down (mounted on the lowest floor of the building or below ground level), and then pumped to a tank top that is usually mounted on the roof or top floor of the building. From this tank the water is distributed throughout the building. In the sewerage system, the separation between the discharge black water and gray water. The reuse water will be processed as water for flushing toilets and firefighters. text
