This condition makes necessary to improve efficien and effective programs in order to monitoring and preserve water reservoir quality, therefore flow circulation and water quality modelling developed. <br /> <br /> This model developed in order to solve two dimensional equation problem by Mac Cormack to asses 2-D depth averaged. Two Equation Model &#954;-&#949; used to solve turbulence problem. Water quality modelling in reservoir is generated to calculate dissolved oxygen movement, in this case used splitting technique. Model simulating into flood scenario, operational discharge scenario and zero outflow scenario. <br /> <br /> Model have has shown some flow circulation pattern and also water quality movement from several simulation scenarios, although still have some limitation which can be improve further. text
