Because crime has serious negative effects on societies in both developed and developing countries. However, Types of crime are vary for each region, because crime is influenced by its environmental. Most citizens of Indonesia use motor vehicle as their main transportation. That is why motor vehicle theft became one of the most frequent crimes in Indonesia, especially in Bandung which became a metropolitan city in Indonesia. Therefore, in this final project will be focused only on data of curanmor R2 in Bandung. Table of curanmor R2 will be built with one of the component is hazard ratenya function. But firstly, counting process of the number of curanmor R2 was found as the initial step to build table R2 curanmor. Next, look for hazard rate function empirically based on information on tables that have been built. The hazard rate function illustrates the rate of curanmor R2 that occurs instaneously after a certain time. The table also obtained the probability of curanmor R2 per month. Next we find inter-arrival time of curanmor R2 distribution which approximated by the exponential, Weibull, and lognormal distributions. This is done to determine the intensity of curanmor R2 in Bandung. The test used to determine the best distribution is the chi-squared test. With the result, Weibull distribution as the best distribution with p-value of 4.36%. Furthermore, we will look for the relation between Curanmor R2 and its class of losses using Kruskal-Wallis test. It was found that there is no difference of inter-arrival time of curanmor R2 for each class of loss. text |
