Year by year the demand for existence of commercial complex getting higher, than that of private vehicle users also increasing. So that the vehicle parked supporting facilities should be provided by the time of commercial complex construction to avoid interference with traffic around the area. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of four-wheel vehicle parking, evaluate the need of parking spaces, and reviewing rates in complex systems Commercial Complex Artha Gading Jakarta. The required data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by conducting a survey of the actual parking capacity and to conduct interviews with the manager and park users. <br />

Secondary data obtained from the manager of the park as a data plate numbers of vehicles in and out along with entry and exit time, parking layout, and parking tariff system. Characteristics include parking duration, parking accumulation, parking turnover, volume of parking, and parking capacity. To find the parking <br />

space requirement is obtained by the method of maximum accumulation. From the results obtained by analysis of the largest maximum accumulation of 666 vehicles a day at 10:00 to 11:00 on Monday, March 11, 2013. Parking capacity from survey is 656 parking spaces. During one week of the study, the accumulation of excess capacity occurs only in one time interval that can be said to be the average parking needs can still be accommodated by the available parking spaces in the study area |
