The objective of this study is to help industries improve their process performance while reducing potential risk factors. The framework was implemented in a paper recycling plant, resulting in the reduction of value added time (3.11%) and non-value added time (12.42%), therefore increasing its production capacity up to 41.23%. Furthermore, the potential risk factor of the process can be reduced to below acceptance level. text
