Globalization era has now surely been a part of Indonesian development. The needs of technology as well as new form of lifestyle has become an essential part <br /> <br /> <br /> of Indonesian people’s life. Sophisticated forms of fullfillment is now growing everywhere. Not only appears with complete facilities, the form of fullfillment <br /> <br /> <br /> itself has been designed to have unique characteristics. These characteristics wanted by society is a special challenge for especially civil engineers to make the <br /> <br /> <br /> building stand in any form of situation. With complicated functions of the building and consideration of earthquake presence, Newton Lifestyle Park was <br /> <br /> <br /> designed with a total attention and calculation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To give maximal result, the process of designing was not only done by the concept that the writer had, but also by helps of lecturers and softwares. All the calculation done in the process was based on Indonesian regulations, so that Newton Lifestyle Park would not only stand, but also be able to stand still and become a safe place for people whenever earthquake takes place. By the end of the process, the writer can finally confirm, by the specifications and methods that the writer recommend, Newton Lifestyle Park is well designed and ready to build.
