Working men routines and daily activities in Indonesia could cause a stressful condition that need to be soothed with new facility, especially in expatriates. That stressful condition is not considered as an illness that should be hospitalized, yet it is not considered as healthy to undergo their job. Expatriates need a restoration facilitiy that is different to common white collars. They need a private facility that not far from their house in the city, in Indonesia, and has a different atmosphere than their daily activities so can be enjoyed individually and in couple. Expatriates could use that facility in leisure time, so the facility is planned and designed to be a private leisure facility. Resort typology will be a suitable option for private leisure facility, which has its own destination that could be enjoyed overnight and consists of several facilities.. To restore in stressful condition, private leisure facility has to be designed with restorative environment approach. Thus it has to be designed in a green land that still in the suburban area.. Dusun <br /> <br /> <br /> Bambu Complex is located in the north of Bandung and a green area, as of a right location to build such facility. With the result of Dusun Bambu Private Leisure <br /> <br /> <br /> Resort would be designed in this thesis as private leisure facility with restorative environment approach.. Criterias from issues above will be combined to be new <br /> <br /> <br /> design criterias to build concepts and designs to answer Thesis issues.
