Summary:Arcamanik Apartments and Shopping Centers is an integrated mix-used area located in East Bandung with the land’s function as residential and residential support facilities with semi-open mall concept. Along with its construction and development, this area will cause a change of land use into activity center that affects the patern of movement which will burden the road network in the surrounding area. The trip generation must be accomodated by Arcamanik Apartment and Shopping Centers as movement’s demand. Furthermore, the demand based on the function of Arcamanik Apartment and Shopping Centers is used for parking facility planning which refers to the Pedoman Perencanaan dan Pengoperasian Fasilitas Parkir 1998. The calculated demand is also used as traffic loads on the planning of pavement structure within the building area and parking lot which refer to Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan Nomor 02/M/BM/2013 and Minnesota Asphalt Pavement Association (MAPA). In addition, the trip generation that caused by the building need to be analyzed for the impact of traffic on the road network in the surrounding area by referring to the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 and propose the traffic handling.
