Using formal <br /> <br /> <br /> evaluation and pseudo-evaluation method, this study aim to explain factors that become <br /> <br /> <br /> constraint on the land acquisition process in the development of Desari Toll Road. In this study, <br /> <br /> <br /> it is known that the implementation of land acquisition process in Desari Toll Road has not suit <br /> <br /> <br /> the regulations. There are some variables that affect the process of land acquisitions in Desari <br /> <br /> <br /> Toll Road. In the beginning of the development, the value of the land was not accordance. This <br /> <br /> <br /> issue made the discussion between the goverment and the owner of the land difficult to meet <br /> <br /> <br /> consensus. Nowaday, the problem that occur is the funding constraint of the land acquisition. <br /> <br /> <br /> This study shows the factors that become constraint on the land acquisition process in the <br /> <br /> <br /> development of Desari Toll Road are economy, history, and status of land ownership. text |
