Road is one of infrastructure that have an important role to support the needs of community <br /> <br /> <br /> mobility. One of the infrastructure development that currently built by the goverment is Depok- <br /> <br /> <br /> Antasari (Desari) Toll Road. Desari Toll Road connect Depok and Antasari in South Jakarta. <br /> <br /> <br /> This development begin in 2006 and should be finished by 2009, but some problems occur <br /> <br /> <br /> during the land acquisition process so the development has not finish yet. Using formal <br /> <br /> <br /> evaluation and pseudo-evaluation method, this study aim to explain factors that become <br /> <br /> <br /> constraint on the land acquisition process in the development of Desari Toll Road. In this study, <br /> <br /> <br /> it is known that the implementation of land acquisition process in Desari Toll Road has not suit <br /> <br /> <br /> the regulations. There are some variables that affect the process of land acquisitions in Desari <br /> <br /> <br /> Toll Road. In the beginning of the development, the value of the land was not accordance. This <br /> <br /> <br /> issue made the discussion between the goverment and the owner of the land difficult to meet <br /> <br /> <br /> consensus. Nowaday, the problem that occur is the funding constraint of the land acquisition. <br /> <br /> <br /> This study shows the factors that become constraint on the land acquisition process in the <br /> <br /> <br /> development of Desari Toll Road are economy, history, and status of land ownership.
