Labors are demanded to work productively and efficiently. However, there are a lot of variables that influence the productivity of construction labors such as work motivation. Work motivation itself also depends on some factors, and one of the most correlated factor is payment methods. The wages that given to the workers and labors are variative, depend on the work type and the worker’s skills. The difference on the wages and payment systems can make a different work motivation. Therefore, it is needed to study about the correlation of payment systems and work motivation on construction labor. The aim of this final project is to identified the payment systems on the contract and how it is applicated on the project, and also to examine how payment system could influence the work motivation which also correlate to work <br /> <br /> productivity. This final project is done by determining the variables that can influence the work motivation. Then the data will be tested and processed using a <br /> <br /> comparative test and AHP. The results of this final project shows that payment system on construction labors can influence on work motivation. On construction labor, the most influencing variables are the fairness of rewards and the amount of rewards. However, construction labors still not used to the correlation of the work performance and the rewards because on the project <br /> <br /> the work appraisal is not affecting the rewards that they get. text
