PVC piping system to the WWTS. The WWTS worked well and the locals are <br />
<br />
grateful, but there is no certain management and maintenance system for the <br />
<br />
WWTS. Unfortunately the locals is already too comfortable with the current <br />
<br />
condition although it is not the ideal condition. To motivate the locals to do <br />
<br />
management and maintenance for the WWTS, an economical approach is needed. <br />
<br />
Based on the management and maintenance needs and the locals’ muse of fishing <br />
<br />
recreation, a solution is given by combining WWTS management and |
