The phenomenon of empty seats when traveling by public transport can be found in everyday life. One of the reasons seats that can exist are the conflict of interest due to high demand during high season. Conflict of interest is the when of service provider is unable to meet all the customer’s demand varieties due to less flexible policies. To solve the problem, there is a more flexible system that can allocate better capacity than the previous System to address varieties of demands called Yuuzuu System. However there are some shortcomings of Yuuzuu System, among others. The system currently could not deal if cancellation occurs. Therefore, a new proposed solution which could fill the blank called Reditum System. text |
