Description
Summary:Apartment and Shopping Center Arcamanik is a mix-used building that is located in Arcamanik, Bandung. This building has 27 floors and the highest elevation is +100,35 m. Three floors below ground floor will be used as parking lots, four floors above will be used as shopping center, and 20 floors will be used as apartment. This builidng is located in Indonesia that prone to earthquake and the location has soft clay, so it needs to design as an earthquake resistant structure. SNI 1727-2013 and SNI 1726-2012 were used as reference to make structural modeling and analysis, and SNI 2847-2013 was used as reference to make design concrete reinforcement. This structure is in D seismic design category. Dual system was used to design this structure, which are Special Moment Resisting Frame and Special Structural Wall for the upper structure and Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame and Special Structural Wall for the bottom structure. The structural modeling and analysis were carried out using software ETABS 2016 with two-phase analysis, response spectrum analysis, and equivalent static analysis. Concrete reinforcement design for beam, column, slab, beam-column joint, and shear wall was supported by software PCA Column, Respons 2000, and SAFE 2016. The design of structural element was reviewed and some optimization was suggested and presented
