Recently, multidiscipline EOR is developed to lift the remaining oil in reservoir. Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery (MEOR) is the tertiary recovery using microbial activities in producing bio surfactant and other product to change reservoir physical properties. Due to cost constraint, single well stimulation using MEOR principle is developed. Microbial stimulation also known as Microbial Huff and Puff method is one of the methods to improve oil recovery with near well intervention. With this method, reservoir properties are changed by the injected fluid, which contains of microbial and nutrient in injected fluid radius. Reservoir and Microbial screening and selection are also the most important research that need to be conducted to observe the feasibility of microbial huff and puff project. <br /> <br /> <br /> Different kind of microbial also give different effect on reservoir physical changing. Microbial activities affect on reservoir physical parameters. In this final project, produced bio surfactant is the main product from microbial that changes reservoir physical properties. From microbial activity and fluid property data, parameters correlation between reservoir and microbial can be obtained. Interfacial tension (IFT) and oil viscosity is the main reservoir parameter that are affected by bio surfactant in the soaking time and concentration function. Simplified model using CMG STARS is constructed in order to perform microbial huff and puff method. CMG is chosen due to the advance perfromance in calculation between injected surfactant and reservoir interaction. This surfactent ilustrate the produced bio surfactant by microorganism. <br /> <br /> <br /> Several scenarios are constructed using CMG STARS to perform microbial huff and puff method. The main measurement to observe each scenario result is oil recovery factor in the end of production time compared to natural recovery. Due to only single well producing, base case recovery factor is 4.67%. The best scenario is resulted 37.69% recovery factor improvement from base case recovery factor with water cut level 22% lower than base case. <br />
