So we should use spesific strategy to overcome, in this case is used Extended Elastic Impedance (EEI) inversion. Based on sensitivity analysis, the AI parameter can‟t divide lithology punctually. This case it is not enought for reservoir characterization. When aqoustic parameters (Vp and ρ) are separated each other, it can characterize lithology distribution batter than AI. Extended Elastic Impedance method can make pseudo parameter that we want to approach. Such as ρ and other parameters than can characterize the reservoir. In other hand, Extended Elastic Impedance (EEI) method can help to idetify paleocurent of reservoir Sand-3. Based on horizone slice of EEI inversion has been known the thickness and distribution pattern. Integrated with structural interpretation and well data conclude that sedimentation pattern is controled by synrift fault which has NW-SE trend. text
