Phosphor BCNO Silica material is composed by nano cellulose as carbon source from sugarcane bagasse. <br /> <br /> <br /> Phosphor BCNO Silica is made using the sol-gel method at 600O C. The precursor is composed by nano cellulose, urea, boric acid, and nano silica. Characterization of phosphor material is conducted using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and Photoluminescence Spectroscopy (PL). <br /> <br /> <br /> BCNO/SiO2 is successfully synthesized with nanocellulose from sugarcane bagasse as carbon source. The phosphor material is succesfully created as a film for LED implementation. LED with BCNO/SiO2 film produced higher intensity of light emission than UV LED. <br /> text
