Newton Lifestyle Park is a lifestyle-concept building designed for Bandung citizens to fulfill their needs, especially in recreation. Newton Lifestyle Parrk is a-5-story building with total height of 25,60 metres. <br /> <br /> <br /> Newton Lifestyle Park is located in Buah Batu, Bandung, with hard soil condition and high ground acceleration. Thus, Newton Lifestyle Park is classified as building with seismic design category D. This building is also designed as an earthquake resistance building with special moment frame (SMF) in both directions. <br /> <br /> <br /> This building is analyzed 3 dimensionally and modelled with ETABS 2016. Response spectrum analysis is used in designing the structure as the earthquake analysis prochedure. The load assignments and evaluations in this structure are done based on SNI 1726:2012 and SKBI. The story drifts and irregularity evaluations have been fulfilled and the P-delta effects is not necessarily evaluated. <br /> <br /> <br /> The structure elements (beams, columns, slab, aand joint) in the building are designed based on SNI 2847:2013. Columns are designed with spcolumn to obtain the interaction diagram.
