State Revenue (PNBP) is an instrument for the government to implement the development. PNBP in this study based on the type and and the tariffs on the National Land Agency (BPN)/Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning. revenues. Regression analyzes were performed which can be used as a optima forecasting. The study also lists the appropriate answers to the questionnaire distributed to 74 of the Land Office. The test results showed that the only variable regression Property Credit Value that significantly influence the total realization of non-tax revenues of Urban Land Office and the Provincial Capital. The realization of non-tax revenues amounted to 86.9% can be explained by the value of property credit, while partial, amounting to 37 829 T coefficient values with a significance of 0.000. Total realization of non-tax revenues in the Land Office in urban areas affected by Property Credit Value for each sale of the property is very high is always listed with the service giving Mortgage Deed (Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan). Another factor that is obtained from the questionnaire are <br />

tabulated results of economic, social and cultural as well as policies and laws. Results of regression testing with the dependent variable realization of each type of service non-tax revenues, indicate that the Services Survey, Measurement and Mapping significantly influenced by the Property Credit and the GRDP. Land Inspection Service is influenced significantly by the Property Credit, the GRDP, Land Uncertipicated and Unmapped. Technical Advisory Services, influenced significantly by the Credit, and Information Services affected by the Property Credits and the GRDP. Many developers bought land parcels then split, splitting and merging so that the necessary land information and the barrage of services ranging measurements, setting boundaries, land examination, technical considerations and the location permit registration of land. Land became Certificate Broking (HGB) developer can be pledged to the bank. This is in line with the growth in property and property credits continue to rise. GRDP no direct impact on non-tax revenues, but more related to property lending by banks (in terms of economic conditions 5 C). The results found that the value of the regression equation is Total Actual PNBP = 2700.314 million + (0.003 x Property Value Credit) + error, it can be done forecasting, and can be compared with the results of the analysis time series of PNBP historical data, also tabulated results quisonaires, Planner at the Land Office and the Planning Bureau can use the results of this analysis tailored to the needs and conditions of the agency. The results of this study can also be associated with a policy of tariffs on non-tax revenues. Location studies on urban areas that serve as PKSN, PKN and PKW can provide a quantitative picture of the disparity of economic, land and space. |
