CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MANAGEMENT PLANNING OF PERSIBA FOOTBALL STADIUM IN BALIKPAPAN

Persiba Football Stadium is an international stadium located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Football Stadium with capacity of 30 thousand spectators are planned to be constructed to answer the old stadium overcapacity?s problem. In order to realize the project, Persiba Football Stadium required construction methods and management planning. This plan consists of determining the most effective and appropriate construction methods, projects scheduling, and estimated cost of project construction. <br /> <br /> Construction implementation methods begin with preparatory work. Next process is the construction of the stadium building on the bottom structure, which consists of bored pile foundation, pile cap, and tie beam. The work continued with the top structural work consisting of the column, beam, and plates structures from the lower ground floor to upper tribune floor; tribune stadium work, roof leverage stadium work, and roof steel stadium work consisting of space truss and plane truss. <br /> <br /> Project scheduling in this stadium takes a duration of 530 days to realize the project, with maximum of 700 workers, 450 builders, 60 chief builders, 40 foremen, and 60 heavy equipment operators in the project. In the other hand, ther is also critical path of the project that must be considered in the implementation in order for the project to run on time. <br /> <br /> In the process of estimating construction costs, estimates are made by Engineer?s Estimate which is an estimate from the point of view of the planner consultant. Estimated cost is done by „Analisa Harga Satuan? in accordance with SNI. The result of the estimated constuction cost of the stadium project is Rp. 440.033.383.810,00 where the estimation results include direct costs and indirect consts int the project
