Summary:Center for Advanced Sciences (CAS) Building is one of infrastructure development that will be done by Institut Teknologi Bandung towards the vision to be a world class university. This building needs a good construction design. One important aspect in construction design is design of execution structural works construction. In CAS ITB building construction project, execution structural works construction are divided into two main works there are concrete works and steel works. Works of concrete consist of beam, slab, column, retaining wall, lift wall, and stairs. In concrete work, casting for beam and slab be done simultaneously and divided into 4 (four) zones on each floor of the building with the work order from south to north. Casting for beam and slab are done using a concrete pump. Casting for column and wall are done using a tower bucket which carries by tower crane. Works of steel consist of steel roof and steel stairs. Works of steel are began with fabrication of steel structural elements in the workshop, the delivery process, and the process of erection and installation at the project site. Fabrication and delivery of steel structural element in this project is the responsibility of the supplier. Erection and installation process is started with columns, beams, bracings, and other elements. In this design of execution structural works construction of CAS ITB, is also determined the structure of work productivity by tools. Work productivity of structural works are divided into four (4) works, which is casting by concrete pump, casting by tower crane, reinforcement installation and formwork installation. Concrete casting work using concrete pump has a productivity of 25 m3/hour. Concrete casting using tower crane has a productivity of 1.3 to 1.6 m3/hour. Reinforcement installation has productivity of 720-800 kg/hour, except for the reinforcement installation of slab has productivity of 2904 kg/hour. Formwork installation has productivity of 1880-2000 kg/hour.
