Description
Summary:Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distributes it to the community in the form of credit and/or other forms in order to improve the standard of living of many people. Banks also need to pay attention to equity as one of important indicator to measure the ability of a bank. If the bank's equity reaches a zero or negative value, the bank will be said to have failed and can not operate again unless it gets help from certain parties. In this Final Project, discuss the dynamical system model for a bank with interbank money market activity. This model will be implemented with original data of four healthy banks and twelve unhealthy banks in Indonesia. The value of parameters will be obtained from the results of these implementation that more or less can reflect the original data. Healthy banks simulation results show that the value of Deposits, Loans and Equity are a non-zero point, But not the point of stability. If little change is made to one value of the parameters may cause the bank to be stable. While the simulation results from unhealthy banks tend to have the value of Deposits or Loans will go to zero, it can cause an imbalance between the two. Theoretically, in the end, the value of equity can be negative so that the bank can no longer perform its functions properly
