The locations of these distributed shopping centers interact with each other attractively so that can cause the potential of land value varies. This study aims to analyze the results of spatial interaction between modern shopping centers to the land value in Bandung city. In an attempt to analyze the interaction, one of models that can be used is the gravitational potential model. The gravitational potential model is the development of Newton's gravity model. Development is done because the place

is not only influenced by a place

, but also by all places included in a regional system. In this study, the use of the model is focused on analyzing the interaction between modern shopping centers representing the capabilities of each modern shopping center in attracting information of potential values of land in the surrounding area. The potential values of land is obtained by including the distance and the information variables of the land value of each shopping centers. Based on the results obtained, the adjacent shopping centers dan have higher tax object sales value provide a higher potential land values. text
