In this study will use two types of artificial lift method that is conventional gas lift and internal gas lift to be comapared each other. Cumulative oil production will be analyzed to determine the performance of both methods. <br /> <br /> <br /> The conventional gas lift method can increase the rate of oil production by injecting the gas into the well through the annulus. The injected gas from a middle layer well gas production. The injection gas will expand so that the expansion energy pushes the oil toward the surface. In addition, the gas can make the fluid density lighter so that the fluid more easily flows to the surface. <br /> <br /> <br /> The internal gas lift method use gas from the middle layer reservoir and bled into the production tubing of the well producing oil from the lower layer reservoir through the auto gas-lift valve. By using an auto gas lift-valve it can replace conventional gas lift equipment, compressors, pipelines and other additional equipment required. text
